We do change our menu at each season, four times a year. Which means you never will eat the same dish twice, but you will always find traditional dishes, some with a bit more invention, but always with lots of flavour and pleasure.
This summer, you will find it hard to choose : Pasta rissotto with truffles, Cordon Bleu with Abondance cheese, filet of sole, perch….
